Company Facts & StatisticsAtronix is a privately held firm operating at three locations in North America. These locations include: Billerica, Massachusetts, our corporate headquarters; Tucson, Arizona, our western region sales, warehouse and production control facility providing support to our production plant in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Total square footage available to production, warehousing and administrative offices is 70,000 square feet. All facilities are leased with lease terms extending through at least December 31, 2003. Each facility lease provides for Atronix' option to extend the lease as required. Atronix standard production lead times for new orders range from 1 to 3 weeks. Lead times are most significantly impacted by material issues, as Atronix flexible work scheduling provides for allocation of labor resources on an as needed basis. Actual shipment results for the six month period ended December 31, 2002 indicate that better than 99.1% of all orders received ship within +/- 2 days of Customer requested delivery date. (Better than 99.6% shipped within +/- 1 day of Atronix promised delivery date)! Internal yield on production work exceeds 99.2% with customer returns for defect in material, workmanship or incomplete customer specification equal to less than 0.018% overall. Based on overall facility capacities Atronix was operating at 63% of total available production capacity as of January 10, 2003. ALL Atronix production facilities are certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Registration audit and certification is performed by TUV America and this certification is applicable to both work performed in the United States, North America and in the European Economic Community. Each facility is subject to annual audits to ascertain its standing in accordance with prescribed quality system practices. This system has been in place since 1987 and has gone through "continuous improvement" in 4 major phases. Atronix system is registered by TUV America and RAB to the ISO 9001:2000 "Quality System Model for Quality Assurance in Production and Installation". Today the Atronix quality system is completely "on-line" and integrated using the Quality Workbench module of our ERP software. While each of our facilities has been independently certified under ISO 9001:2000, the integration of our quality system with our inventory control, work in process, capacity planning and scheduling, and material planning system across all facilities provides for fully integrated business and product quality process control. Back to TopTesting & Inspection CapabilitiesAll Atronix facilities maintain the ability to provide functional in-process and final assembly test and inspection of all assemblies. Process test capabilities include: electrical testing, capacitance and inductance testing, hi-pot, full circuit test of multi-wire harness assemblies, in-circuit test of hybrid assemblies. All test and inspection equipment is subject to on-line recall and certification calibration and preventative maintenance. Many of our customers rely on us to make product deliveries directly to their production lines or directly to finished goods for final shipment to their clients.
